Items shipped by the company will be sent via Royal Mail or similar courier services on a standard two day service, unless a different service is specified by the customer.
Any additional service will usually incur an additional cost usually met by the customer, unless specified during a promotional campaign.
Items which have left our premises, once in the care of the courier company are deemed as on route or delivered and CSL accepts no responsibility for the goods while in transit. This falls into the remit of the delivery / courier service and delay in goods or services by such firms is the responsibility of such firms. In the event of a lost / stolen / damaged parcel, CSL will try to resolve it with both our customer and the delivery service, however it is the customers responsibility to furnish CSL with as much information by way of written statement and photographic evidence. These actions where lost must take place within a maximum timescale of 5 working days.
For all international shipping, CSL will use however it can to ensure delivery of the product and as per details above, all other liability lies entirely with the shipping company.
